Designed for those who enjoy planning the details for their event; however, would like a helping hand managing all the specifics planned for the day of the event. Galas By Gilbert will help setup any décor, organize and execute all the details you have planned for your event so you are able to enjoy the event you planned. Galas By Gilbert will work with all the vendors you have contracted for your event, execute event timeline and provide all event team vendors with a copy of the timeline. Remove yourself from the planning process and coordination the day of the event and enjoy the day with your guests.
Elegantly Designed- Design Only
This is one of our favorite packages! This package is created only when you come to us and say "I want a wedding that is elegant and uniquely mine." You will meet with our Lead Designer Danielle and Creative Designer Jineka to make your vision come true. We will work with you to create the backdrop , choose all décor option for your wedding. Unlimited consultations, elegant table designs, a sweetheart table and so much more.

Simply Elegant-Partial Planning+Coordination+Design
You dream, we create! This package is designed when you have a plan and a vision; Galas By Gilbert brings it together. We play more of a supportive role as you choose your design. You will work with our Lead Designer, Danielle to elegantly develop a design that is fitting for your dream day. Four months prior to your memorable day we'll provide event management to include logistics, organization, and finalize your décor designs because it's all in the details!

Over the top Elegant-Full Planning+Coordination+Design
From the moment you say "I do" Galas By Gilbert will be there from start to finish. All Inclusive package include all the services we offer – design and extensive planning of the entire event as well as day-of-coordination. This package includes us being involved every step of the way and is best for larger scale events with sizeable amount of invited guests. Typically, the planner will spend approximately 60-70 hours or more planning the event for clients who select this package. You will have the Lead Designer, Danielle and Creative Designer, Jineka through the entire process. Rehearsal practice is included.
